For eligible postal codes within the GTA and nearby regions, orders placed by 1 PM EST (Monday to Saturday) qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery, excluding Sundays.
Once your order is added to the delivery schedule, you’ll receive an email from the carrier with a link to select your preferred delivery date and time window. Deliveries occur between 4 PM and 10 PM EST, with confirmation sent via SMS.
HAMILTON AND BURLINGTON
For eligible postal codes within Hamilton, Burlington, and surrounding areas, orders placed by 1 PM EST (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the following day, excluding weekends.

For qualified postal codes in the GMA and nearby regions, orders placed by 1 PM EST (Monday to Friday) qualify for next-day delivery, available Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day, excluding Sundays and Mondays.
